“K2 was exactly what we were looking for to automate our processes and join the dots between our software,” ICT Project Manager Shane Hoani said.
The first solution Careflight built was an aircraft tasking application for the CareFlight Coordination Centre (C3). Before K2, this aviation process was manually intensive. Now, the flow of information and data capture is far faster and much smoother. Up next, the CareFlight team plans to build applications for “low hanging fruit” such as purchase requests, expense reimbursements, onboarding and leave requests.
